I imagine myself eating it, and I don’t even feel satisfied. A roasted sweet...

Samiah Says #1:
Turn your random hobbies into crave-busters or other forms of productivity— when I was in school and had reading or assignments to do, I’d divide them up into ten sections and then paint a nail after each section was complete hahah. Dessert! →
alright, so I wouldn’t indulge in every recipe included in the link— but some of them really are great ideas for spicing up yogurts, etc. (like the first recipe/related image!) if you’re not like me and refined sugar ISN’T your Achille’s heel, the rest of the recipes are probably better than your run of the mill refined sugar loaded sweets!

Healthy Food Swaps 1-5

The All-or-Nothing Dieter
THE CRIME: When you have the time, you stock the fridge with produce, lean protein, and low-fat dairy and work out five times a week. But as soon as life gets busy you skip the gym and order takeout. “You figure you’ve already blown your diet, so why bother trying at all?” says Jones.

The Social Snacker
THE CRIME: Whether it’s doughnuts at the a.m. meeting, cake for your coworker’s birthday, or mixed nuts at happy hour, you just can’t say no to food in social situations.
