At first I was totally skeptical of this move, because it involves a chair and a scarf. As the eternal burpee aficionado, I’m a fan of using dumbells, maybe a sandbag as equipment - MAX. I just love the convenience of body weight movements. But BOY was I glad I tried these “figure 8’s”— not only are they actually kind of fun, you feel them right away in your obliques! Totally my move of the day for today :)
